That’s a fair question and one you absolutely need to consider.  Here’s what you need to know:  in most states, you have anywhere from 48 to 72 hours after the birth of your child to sign the TPR (termination of parental rights).  That means, in most states, you can still change your mind following the birth of your baby.  In some states, you may even have additional time.
